One of the strengths of Sprindiving is the staff. Only professionals can enter our team. People who can do their job competently and assume responsibilities but also put passion in what they do.
Our staff consists of instructors, divemaster and snorkeling guides with particular characteristics that make this group special, putting into practice the Sprindiving philosophy, professionalism, competency, safety and fun.

Gabriele Del Duca - General manager

Basically he is Sprindiving...
Sprindiving is a creature born from his passion for the sea, for Sharm el Sheikh but above all, from the passion for his work.
His objective has always been to create something different, a diving which has a foreground - professionalism, comfort and fun. This has always been the characteristic of his diving, but above all, his life philosophy...
To retell his several decade career, it would take an entire diving book dedicated to him: Instructor Trainer Certifier SSI, Trainer Decompression, Trainer Semiclosed Rebreather, Instructor Trimix, Master Instructor - this is enough to understand that he dedicated his life to this wonderful activity.
But the things that matter the most are the very many awards Spindiving won in the recent years. These are the fruits of his undoubted management capacity and the administration of the great movement that Sprindiving has produced in these years.

 

Emilio Marcoccia - Area manager

After navigating through the world and discovering the depths of the Caribbean, Emilio arrived in Sharm and decided to enjoy some tranquility here.
First instructor, then Center manager and now area responsabile for our Sprindiving in Sharm. He handles all the activities as well as the numerous staff.
Basicaly he is the right arm and the left arm of Lele. Not an easy job, but excellently accomplished. He also obtained various certifications this year, including: Decompression Instructor and SCR Rebreather Instructor.
In love with the Semiclosed circuit, his passion for this new way of diving is contagious...

Valentina Nanfria - Administrative Responsible and Boutique

They called her Rot Vale...
In reality she is "young at heart" but only very precise and scrupulous.
She arrived in Sharm 5 years ago after diving in the cold waters of Genoa only - now she can't get back to Italy!
Instructor Trainer SSI, a great professional and a great experience despite the young age, she can't leave since she landed in Sprindiving, also because Lele has never allowed her to. She is now in charge of the administrative area and Sprindiving boutique.
