Guidelines on how to make the most of the Sprindiving services
Here are some details to ensure an organized and relaxing holiday with us; step by step, we will provide you all the details regarding the diving registration procedures, reservation methods, diving procedures and many other useful details.
It is advisable to arrive at the diving site between 9.00 and 10.30 to be able to dive throughout the entire morning
or book the afternoon.
It is important to remember that the first dive will be carried out on the dive site, in front of our two Sprintours villages and that you must bring with you:
your patent, your log book and the equipment (if you don't have your own equipment, you can rent it).
We will provide a numbered box to store the equipment for the duration of your holiday and this box will be transported wherever you go.
We advise you not to leave your computer or masks inside the box.
In Egypt, you can find 12l aluminum cylinders, mono attack. So, do not bring the double ones; there is no problem for DIN or INT attacks.
Reservations
It is possible to schedule the divings during the opening hours of the respective divings
but it's important to remember that any kind of reservation or change must be made
before 12 o'clock the day before.
It is also possible to make reservations for snorkelling for your friends and family and we will explain how you could combine your diving activities with their water adventures.
Diving sites
We provide an extensive program of weekly boat dives and on our house reef. You can request these in advance, via email.
There might be changes due to the minimum number of people required for some trips such as the Wreck of Dahab.
Usually boat dives leave at 8.30 am , the only exception is the Wreck - 4.30 pm.
The house reef dives are held at 9.30, at 11.30 or at 15.00.
Briefing
Before each dive, the guide will make a briefing to explain the route,
the diving procedure and the local laws.
We recommend that you express any perplexities or doubt regarding the activity that will follow.

to have fun together to the max!
Diving procedure
In Egypt, the maximum depth allowed is 30 m, regardless of the patent level.
Always make the safety stop, never decompress. Always maintain
the pair system and stay close to the guide: divings without a local guide are prohibited in Egypt.
You will not be able to rent the equipment and cylinders and dive by yourself - you will always be assisted.
Almost all the dives in Sharm are in the current, therefore the first dive is required to be done from the village where you have the support of a pontoon to weigh correctly.
Check-out
The payment should be done until 17.00, the day before departure. A special disposal area for the equipment will be established.
We provide a print of your dives, to update your log book and you can ask for the various stamps at the end of your vacation
