Sprindiving has always focused on training and professional growth of their staff, which must be composed of professionals who are able to pursue a unique goal, passionately: the quality of the services we provide for our guests.

To achieve this, Sprindiving has developed a comprehensive and modern training, so that each staff member can develop their skills to their maximum professional capacity. The training program is structured on various different levels, with specific objectives, depending on the preparation and collaboration pre-set level.
The basic training course is aimed at those who want to become professional divers, and is open to divers of all levels and experience.

The courses follow the SSI didactics, being our ITF centers (instructors formation centers) for SSI-Italy. At the end of various programs that are held throughout the year, patents are issued. These are internationally recognized and of course, the best ones have the chance to join the Sprindiving team.

Fundamental characteristics we are interested in are a real motivation, good client relations skills, time availability of at least 6 months and fluent spoken English.
The first 3-4 months are devoted mainly to underwater, where rotations are made, so all our staff will learn the best teaching techniques and how to conduct dives, in the best possible way. Other activities are learned at this stage, mainly related to work methods and Sprindiving philosophy.
When the professional patent is obtained, you will become an actual member of the staff and you will continue to become more self-trust and professionalism.

The advanced formation training is dedicated exclusively to the active staff, to help each instructor become a multifaceted professional.
Some of the lessons are devoted to marketing and modern communication techniques, how to optimize human and logistic diving resources, and always offer high quality services.
the other lessons include updates on new diving techniques, the most recent equipments, technical diving with mixtures and Rebreather.
Finally, there are excercises for standardized safety and emergency procedures.

All expenses related to the test, flight (one way or return), rooms and board, are completely covered by us.
